Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times range from 7–21 business days depending on the destination country. Please note that international customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
